CLIENT ENGAGEMENT 2.0

A BESPOKE  CYCLING EVENT IS MORE THAN A SIMPLE GROUP RIDE. WE WORK WITH YOU TO CREATE A TAILORED EXPERIENCE DESIGNED TO MEET YOUR OBJECTIVES ON EVERY LEVEL.

Using premium as home base, we can craft a course, select a venue and design an event tailored to your specific needs. We operate across Australia and New Zealand to offer a breadth of choices and locations.

We offer a safe, enjoyable and challenging experience with a ‘pro-tour’ feel and scrupulous delivery – providing an outstanding outcome, resulting in greater brand-awareness and stronger (business) relationships.

A day out format  provides the opportunity for a larger group to socialise, network, safely enjoy fantastic cycling and dining and, if desired, collectively raise awareness and funds for your chosen charity. Generally held on a business day rather than on a weekend, this is an experience that will appeal to the business and family-conscious alike.

A Corporate Cycling Day is based on providing a first-class product to all participants and stakeholders. Beyond delivering key on-the-day elements to achieve this high standard, we also assist with developing your guest communications and collateral, helping to extend your profile and influence pre, at and post-event.

A breakfast event is also popular, and a pre-work ride and function is a superb way to start the day. And it can bring people together without the time or financial commitment of a full Corporate Cycling Day event. Although all the careful planning and delivery elements, the 'one-percenters', are still a part of event.

Twilight rides are also an increasingly popular approach.  A city takes on a different timbre and hue as the day draws to a close.  Why not celebrate the end of the day with a guided and supported ride close to work and home for a convenient and unique connection.  Offering a ride and dinner in an unrushed way to end the day brings people together in a convivial fashion. Naturally, all the careful planning and delivery elements of a day out are also a part of a breakfast or twilight ride.

A Breakfast or Twilight event works well as a standalone, or as a lead-in and training for a full day event. These events are also an excellent way to introduce, or re-introduce, people to cycling with ample support, ride leaders and instructors, and all within a friendly and accessible framework.

Key features of a breakfast or twilight ride include;

inner-city location
20km-35km ride starting and finishing at city venue
ride support with guide and mechanic
intimate breakfast or dinner
guest riders and speakers

The event budget is built on transparency, clearly outlining fixed, variable and optional costs. It factors in all elements of an event. Fixed costs include areas of safety, risk and traffic management and event support. Variable costs are dependent on guest numbers and include catering and optional costs include elements such as ‘King and Queen of the Mountain’ timing. All these cost centres are reviewed, discussed and further developed with you.
